Provided strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the entire organization including Merchandise, Editorial, and Partnership Sales
Under my leadership our content team grew our social media presence significantly, pushed the envelope with mag covers (including Kanye), and created new digital content series.
Completely overhauled the merchandise business across the board with a significant focus on design and quality as well as site performance and direct marketing efforts. Topped off the overhaul with a strategic acquisition of a small collegiate apparel brand (19nine) that immediately up leveled our production and fulfillment capabilities.
